ob Title Cinema Manager Location Guntur Andhra Pradesh Department Operations Reporting To Regional Area Manager Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary The Cinema Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the cinema ensuring exceptional guest experiences smooth daily operations cost control staff management and compliance with company standards and statutory requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Operations Management Supervise daily operations of the cinema including box office concessions projection and housekeeping Ensure all shows start on time and that technical quality sound projection and ambience is maintained Monitor and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures SOPs Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition 2 People Management Lead train and motivate the cinema team supervisors stewards cashiers and housekeeping Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing Conduct regular team briefings and performance appraisals Foster a positive work culture and encourage team engagement 3 Customer Experience Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints or issues Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement measures Ensure a clean comfortable and safe environment for all guests 4 Financial Administrative Responsibilities Manage daily cash flow ticket sales and concession sales ensure accurate reconciliation and deposit Achieve revenue profitability and cost targets labour utilities and supplies Prepare and share daily weekly and monthly MIS reports with the corporate team Ensure all licenses statutory documents and records are up to date 5 Marketing Coordination Work with the marketing team to execute local promotions offers and special screenings Build relationships with local partners corporates and schools to drive group bookings Support movie release planning and event execution 6 Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to all health safety and fire regulations Conduct regular audits for hygiene stock control and operational standards Comply with all labour laws and company HR policies Qualifications Experience Graduate Postgraduate in Hospitality Business Management or related field 5-8 years of experience in Cinema Multiplex Hospitality QSR operations Proven experience managing large teams and handling customer-centric operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
