YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Services Senior Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for our high-end, high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, project management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors on site to ensure timely and quality execution of services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute
- 1214 years of MEP execution experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use developments
- At least 45 years in a leadership position managing large-scale projects

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

- Lead MEP services planning and execution in coordination with civil construction timelines.
- Develop and manage MEP work schedules and track progress to meet project milestones.
- Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of resources at site (manpower, equipment, materials).

Coordination & Supervision

- Interface with design consultants, internal design teams, architects, and structural consultants to ensure alignment between design intent and execution.
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution of design or site-related issues.
- Supervise MEP subcontractors to ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with local bylaws, NBC, BIS, and relevant codes and standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance plans for all MEP systems.
- Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols on site for MEP-related activities.

Commercial & Vendor Management

- Monitor contractor performance, work measurement, and certification of bills in coordination with the QS team.
- Provide technical input during vendor evaluation, negotiation, and finalization processes.
- Control project costs related to MEP works without compromising on quality or performance.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

- Lead and oversee testing and commissioning of all MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.).
- Ensure defect-free handover of MEP services to facility management teams.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for statutory approvals and project closure.

- Large EPC or construction firms
- MEP contracting companies specializing in high-rise residential building

KEY MEP DOMAINS to be MANAGED

- Electrical (HT/LT, DG sets, transformers, cabling, lighting)
- HVAC systems (VRV/VRF/Chillers, etc.)
- Plumbing & Sanitation (water supply, drainage, STP, WTP)
- Fire Fighting Systems
- ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, IBMS, Home Automation, etc.)
- Lifts and vertical transportation

Preferred Industry Background

Software Skills

- Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, PPT (Intermediate)
