Admission Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admission Executive to join our university s admissions team The candidate will be responsible for supporting prospective students throughout the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment This role involves a mix of administrative counseling and marketing support activities to drive student admissions effectively Key Responsibilities Student Counseling Engagement Respond to admission inquiries via phone email and walk-ins Counsel students and parents on course offerings eligibility career paths and university culture Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversion into applicants and enrolled students Admissions Processing Manage application data entry and ensure accurate records in the CRM admissions system Coordinate document verification eligibility checks and fee submissions Assist in organizing entrance exams interviews and admission decisions Communication Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families Coordinate with academic departments finance and international offices to support the admission workflow Issue offer letters admission confirmations and assist with visa documentation for international applicants Marketing Outreach Support Assist in conducting admission campaigns education fairs webinars and campus visits Provide inputs on digital campaigns and promotional content targeted at prospective students Maintain an updated knowledge of academic programs and university differentiators Reporting Analysis Maintain daily weekly and monthly reports on inquiries applications and enrollments Track key performance indicators and suggest process improvements to boost conversions Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree required Master s preferred in Marketing Education Business or related field 1-3 years of experience in university admissions student counseling or customer-facing roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM admissions software Strong interpersonal persuasion and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak admission seasons Job Type Full-time Pay 9 362 64 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
