Guidewire Policy Center Lead Developer

Description
We are looking for a Guidewire Policy Center Lead Developer with 10-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Guidewire Policy Center and the ability to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time position located in India.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Policy Center solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in agile development methodologies and ceremonies
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in software development
- Deep understanding of Guidewire Policy Center
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with Java, J2EE, and related technologies
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and SOAP/REST web services
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL and Oracle
- Guidewire Policy Center certification is a plus
