Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Reporting Manage daily accounting operations including ledger updates journal entries reconciliations and monthly closings Prepare and review financial statements as per accounting standards and company policy Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions Taxation Compliance Handle GST filing - monthly quarterly and annual returns along with payment and reconciliation of GST TDS and other statutory dues Coordinate IT return filing and support tax audits as per legal requirements Manage e-way bill generation for logistics and supply chain activities Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including PF ESI and professional tax Audit Internal Control Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Implement and monitor effective internal financial controls Respond to audit queries and ensure timely submission of supporting documents Cash Flow Treasury Management Prepare and monitor cash flow statements to maintain healthy liquidity Oversee fund inflows and outflows and manage working capital efficiently Accounts Payable Receivable Ensure timely supplier payments and reconciliation of vendor accounts Follow up on buyer payments to ensure timely collections and manage overdue accounts Team Coordination Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate reporting Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance management In-depth knowledge of GST laws Income Tax Act and other statutory compliance Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software Strong analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Application Question s A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in the accounting field is mandatory Education Bachelor s Required
