Role and Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee water infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. - Collaborate with Project Engineers to deliver complex and customized projects on time. - Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective project delivery. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress using internal systems (ERP, Power BI Reports, Gantt charts) to identify and mitigate potential risks. - Maintain clear communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout project execution. - Oversee procurement activities, vendor selection, and contract management. - Lead project meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status and gather feedback. - Prepare accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and technical specifications. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in civil, Structural, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering. - 5-10 years of proven experience in successfully managing projects, including water infrastructure projects. - Proficiency with AS standards: AS 1170, AS1428, AS2156, and AS1657. - Ability to present products, services, and technical information professionally to clients. - Understanding Civil drawings and integration with Mechanical equipment would be an added advantage. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to read drawings and understand technical products. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. - Knowledge of relevant regulations, permits, and compliance standards in the water industry.
