Job Description Candidate should be any graduate. Should have experience in operation & Maintenance of gas Air separation plant/pump. Key responsibilities: - Equipment operation and monitoring:Operate and monitor plant equipment like compressors, pumps, and storage tanks to ensure continuous operation and adjust as needed. - Maintenance:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, including inspections, repairs, and servicing to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. - Troubleshooting:Identify and diagnose malfunctions or operational issues, and perform corrective actions to restore functionality. - Quality control:Monitor product quality, conduct regular testing, and communicate with quality control personnel to ensure compliance with standards. - Safety and compliance:Conduct safety walk-arounds, identify and correct unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with all safety rules and procedures. - Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and production reports. - Inventory management:Monitor and order materials as needed. - Teamwork and communication:Work with other team members, communicate effectively, and follow instructions from supervisors.
