Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, setting product strategy, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and analyzing product performance. The Product Manager will also gather and prioritize product and customer requirements while establishing a vision for the product.

Qualifications

- Product Management: Experience in developing product strategies, setting product roadmaps, and managing product lifecycle
- Market Research: Skills in conducting market analysis, consumer research, and identifying trends
- Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze product performance data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in the waste management or sustainability sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
