TCS hiring Role: Network SME Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8-12 Must Have: Switching (Cisco Nexus, and Catalyst switches), Routing (Cisco OSPF, BGP, iWAN), Wireless (Cisco WLC), Firewall (Cisco ASA/FP, Checkpoint & Palo Alto, VPN, ZScaler), SD WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco SDA (Software-Defined Access) fabric, Prime and ISE. - Responsible for Designing and providing WAN/LAN network administration, Enterprise wireless, SD WAN administration and Cisco ASA /Palo Alto firewall administration. - Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer. - Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes. - Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets. - Make recommendations based on analytics to improve performance and optimization of network infrastructure.
