此職位為印度銷售管理幹部培養計畫,旨在培養具備國際視野與商業管理能力的未來中堅幹部。通過系統訓練與實戰歷練,逐步成長為區域銷售主管或業務負責人。 This position designed to nurture future leaders with international vision, strong business acumen, and hands-on sales experience. Locations: India - Uttarakhand / Bihar / Jharkhand What You’ll Do - Take part in sales operations and business development in India, helping achieve sales goals. - Support regional sales planning, visit markets, and manage local channels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, supply chain, and after-sales to understand how business units work together. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis, providing actionable insights. - Present progress reports and develop your strategic thinking and cross-cultural communication skills. - 參與印度市場的銷售與業務拓展工作,協助完成年度銷售目標。 - 協助制定區域銷售計劃,執行市場拜訪與渠道維護,積累實戰經驗。 - 支援當地銷售團隊的運營管理與銷售策略執行。 - 參與市場調研與數據分析,掌握市場趨勢及競品動態,提出改進建議。 - 定期向上級匯報業務進展,培養商業思維與跨文化溝通能力。 Who We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, English, or International Trade preferred). - 1–3 years of experience, ideally in sales or the mobile/electronics industry. - Fluent English communication skills (Hindi is a plus). - Strong command of Microsoft Office, with analytical and presentation skills. - Experience living or studying abroad is a plus. - 大學畢,科系不限(國際貿易、行銷、英語、商業管理相關尤佳) - 工作經驗1~3年以內,業務銷售經驗手機及電子產業優先。 - 語言能力: 英語精通,具備良好的聽說讀寫能力;懂印度語者優先。 3 - 熟練使用 Office 軟體,具備數據分析與簡報製作能力。 - 有海外交換 / 打工度假經驗者加分 You’ll Thrive Here If You - Are ambitious, curious, and eager to learn. - Communicate confidently and work well in teams. - Stay calm under pressure and adapt easily to new environments.
