- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of product life cycle and software development life cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptive to different manufacturing environment
- Strong customer orientation skills, proactive and provide prompt troubleshooting to address production escalation.
- Ability to interface with customers and/or stakeholders from remote sites
- Experience in managing external suppliers to deliver specified software products
