Exam Supervisor

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Exam Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth, fair, and secure conduct of examinations. They oversee the examination room, monitor candidates, and enforce rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the exam venue before candidates arrive (seating, materials, etc.)
- Verify candidate identity and ensure compliance with exam rules
- Distribute and collect exam papers or devices
- Maintain discipline and prevent malpractice during the exam
- Address student queries following the exam guidelines
- Report any irregularities to the Exam Coordinator
- Submit attendance sheets and incident reports post-exam

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stay alert and focused for long durations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Prior experience in exam supervision (preferred but not mandatory)
