About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Trainer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a flair for engaging learners delivering impactful training sessions and driving continuous skill development across the organization Key Responsibilities 1 Training Delivery Conduct engaging interactive and effective training sessions for employees at all levels Deliver training programs across various domains including technical skills soft skills and industry-specific knowledge 2 Training Design Development Design and develop comprehensive training materials such as manuals presentations handbooks and e-learning modules Customize training content to suit different audiences and align with organizational goals 3 Evaluation Feedback Assess participants performance during and after training sessions Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve individual and team performance Measure the effectiveness of training programs using participant feedback and performance data 4 Collaboration Support Work closely with department heads to identify current and future training needs Partner with HR and leadership teams to design and implement learning and development strategies Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field mandatory Post-graduation in a related field or B Ed preferred Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching training or facilitation roles Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for training are also encouraged to apply Skills Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong ability to engage motivate and inspire participants Proficiency in using training tools software and technology platforms Analytical mindset for evaluating performance and preparing reports Strong organizational and time management abilities Interested candidates can apply by sending their updated resume to hrexecutive gentleman gmail com or contacting 9072655999 or 8589000524 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
