WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR-

-We are now looking for a Dynamic and Result oriented INTERN who can spear head the activity of Travel Management Company with the unique combination of Managing operations and to get more customers using Digital Media and vast Data base of existing clients and by acquiring new clients.

- Internship program will last for 3-6 months and post completion, Trainees will get the Internship Certificate

- Rs. 5,000 Stipend per month will be provided for the period of Internship

- Company can offer a full time career opportunity to Interns on the basis of their performance during Internship

INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES-

-Building a good client connect in the hospitality sector and offering our unique Travel Management services. -Identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements and

create pipelines for business. -Contribute to building a team to enhance geographical operations.

-Interpret vague or nonspecific instructions from the client to draw clear conclusions and assemble accurate travel arrangements. Use of additional resources may be necessary.

-Arrange travel for corporate groups and secure special group rates for airlines and hotel at the best price.

-Arrange all travel related services. Including, but not limited to, bookings, such as air, rail, car, car service, hotel, seat assignments, and any other accommodations requested by the client.

-Understand, manage, and execute use of upgrades and loyalty programs including follow-through to ensure services were delivered. -It is required to have strong working knowledge of unique requirements of complex international travel, including routing, fares and pricing, multi-destination trips, available resources and travel documentation requirements.

-Have the knowledge to select and recommend foreign carriers for

safety and reliability and make special arrangements (hotels, Showers)

to accommodate international flight schedules and time zones. -May be required to have understanding and expertise in international offerings, including airport lounges, day rooms, local currency, local customs, and resources available. -Ability to work outside regular shift during special events or times of crisis.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING IN INTERN-

-Ideally looking for someone who has completed Graduation or post graduation degree in travel and tourism management (other course graduates can also apply)

-Should have sound knowledge of travel & tourism industry and Corporate Event Management.

-Should have knowledge of acquiring customers

-Looking for someone who has excellent communication, operational and sales skills.

-Willing to travel and explore new avenues and opportunities in India as well as abroad (if needed)

-A Valid Passport with min 1 yr of Validity will be an added advantage

-Should be living in Pune or should be ready to relocate to pune as soon as possible.
