Job Description We're Hiring a Technical Product Manager at Cypherock. Location: Gurugram Type: Full-time Experience: 1+ years About Cypherock Cypherock builds world-first digital asset security products from India for the world. Our team works at the intersection of Blockchain, Security, Hardware, and Cryptography, building one of the top cold-wallet solutions globally. The Role We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own the journey end-to-end and ship secure, user-centric products fast. You'll combine user research, data, technical depth, and security awareness to take products from 01 and scale them globally. Should have worked in Tech roles before transitioning to PM. What You'll Do - Own user journeys and the complete technical product experience - Build acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies - Run user interviews, identify friction, and ship measurable improvements - Use GenAI to speed up research, specs, QA, and documentation - Track competitors and industry trends to ensure product readiness - Define KPIs, build Mixpanel dashboards, and share insights - Prioritize features based on user feedback and market signals - Plan sprints, co-write PRDs, align stakeholders, and drive execution - Own releases end-to-end (notes, demos, follow-ups) - Ship features that drive crypto adoption and help scale the team Must Have - Technical background - Should have previously worked in Tech role(Please do not apply if not applicable) Good to Have - Experience in web3/crypto, fintech/payments, or hardware - Ex-founder or early-joiner mindset; ability to wear multiple hats. - From Tier 1 College Benefits at Cypherock: - Competitive salary - Best in market - Complimentary meals and refreshments at office - Work on world-first deep-tech and blockchain products
