Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping - Maintain daily accounting records using Zoho Books or Tally. - Accurately record vendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries. - Handle bank reconciliations, vendor ledgers, and payment reports. - Monitor accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis. 2. Client Billing & Vendor Payments - Prepare and manage client invoices based on timesheets and project milestones. - Create and maintain vendor payout sheets and payment schedules. - Follow up with vendors and clients to ensure timely payments. 3. Compliance & Documentation - Maintain accurate records for GST, TDS, and income tax compliance. - Assist in return filing and coordinate with the CA for audits. - Keep financial documentation organized and accessible for review. 4. Reporting & Analysis - Prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries (revenue, expenses, cash flow). - Support management with MIS reports and financial projections. - Identify and flag any inconsistencies or overdue items in accounts.
