Key Responsibilities: - Manage B2B shipments for select quick commerce, marketplace and retail channels - Coordinate with channel POCs for appointments and issues during deliveries - Coordinate with WH staff for order processing and dispatch - Coordinate with accounts team for relevant documents - Adhoc activities related to marketplace and retail operations What we look for: - Ecommerce or Retail operation experience - Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to fast - paced environment - Ability to meet deadlines - Proficient in MS Excel Preferred Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s Degree ● 1-2 years’ experience in handling logistics/ WH operations.
