We are scouting for AM/ DM in the Finance controller team. Some high level things you would own but not limited to: ●Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations. ●Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of findings and recommendations. ●Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, procedures and guidelines. ●RBI compliance, Direct & Indirect tax compliances. ●Ensure adherence to Identify and mitigate financial risks. Working closely with the finance systems and internal control teams to ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes and controls provide a strong and robust environment. ●Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. ●Financial Systems and Tools: Evaluate, select, and implement financial systems, software, and tools. Provide training and support to end users. ●Performance evaluation, and professional development. ●Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of financial operations. What you would possess already: ●CA with 2+ years of experience, NBFC background preferred. ●Exposure of working with multiple stakeholders ●Strong stakeholder management ●Strong project management skills ●Sharp learning curve ●Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ●Strong problem solving and analytical skills ●Be result-oriented with the ability to be decisive; should be willing to seize initiatives and opportunities.
