Job responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications. - Work with Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript to deliver scalable solutions. - Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB, MySQL). - Ensure operational adherence to TAT for Bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical processes. - Architect and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs and web services. Required Skills - Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript. - Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL preferred). - Good understanding of cloud technologies and system architecture. - Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Microservices architecture is a plus. - Good Understanding of System Design. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - 6+Years of Experience in software Development. - Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
