Job Description The Impact You'll Make As ourWorkshop Analyst, you'll play a key role in enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction by performing detailed technical analyses of returned components and supporting workshop operations in India Region. Your insights will directly contribute to improving product performance and strengthening our customer relationships Your impact Your expertise in mobile and industrial hydraulics, failure analysis, and quality systems will help identify root causes of product issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a result, our customers will experience greater reliability, faster resolutions, and improved confidence in our products. You'll collaborate closely with Plant Quality, Sales and Application engineering team and customers and take ownership of component analysis &testing, technical reporting, and workshop process optimization - helping us move toward a more efficient, data-driven, and customer-focused future. What You'll Be Doing - Leadworkshop operations and product analysis activities by performing hands-on assembly/disassembly of hydraulic components, conducting detailed failure analysis, and preparing comprehensive inspection reports. - Supportinternal stakeholders by testing warranty-returned components, maintaining workshop test rigs, and ensuring proper operation and calibration of all tools and equipment. - Collaboratewith Customer Quality andPlant Quality to process claims in SAP, follow up with plant quality for analysis /8D root cause analysis, and provide timely, data-driven feedback aligned with quality KPIs. - Use your skillsin hydraulics, diagnostics, and technical reporting to identify root causes, improve product reliability, and enhance the customer experience. - Continuously learn and share knowledgeto strengthen compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 standards, support audits, and promote continuous improvement in workshop processes. What We're Looking For - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience in hydraulic systems with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on expertise in component-level diagnostics, testing, and failure analysis. - Proficiency in SAP (ERP modules), Microsoft Office Suite, and a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and related standards (ISO, IATF 16949). - Ability to work well in cross-functional and multicultural teams, demonstrating ownership, adaptability, and collaboration under tight timelines. - Strong communication skills in English - both written and verbal - with clear documentation and customer-facing capabilities. - A mindset of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, paired with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach What You'll Get from Us 1.
