About The Role

We are seeking a skilled GIAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in One Identity Manager (1IM) to manage, support, and optimize our Identity & Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring secure user access, system integrity, and compliance across our hybrid infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support One Identity Manager platform and tools (Object Browser, Job Queue, Sync Editor)
- Manage IAM integrations across cloud and on-premises environments
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and report issues pre- and post-IAM release cycles
- Handle performance tuning of IAM tools and supporting infrastructure
- Support identity lifecycle management and service integrations
- Collaborate with global project and operations teams during release and testing phases
- Manage incidents, changes, and problems within IAM infrastructure
- Maintain up-to-date IAM process documentation and operating procedures
- Work with tools like JIRA for task and issue management

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 48 years of experience in enterprise IT, focused on IAM systems like One Identity
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory (multi-forest), IIS, and MS SQL Server
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP) and understanding of infrastructure components
- Exposure to DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, pipelines) and IaC

Preferred Certifications & Skills

- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
- Cloud platform experience Azure, AWS (certifications are a plus)
- Microsoft certifications in infrastructure or cloud
- Familiarity with Agile practices and secure DevOps environments
