Today 5paisa is a go-to platform for serious traders and investors. About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic candidate to join our Product Management team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career at the intersection of finance, operations & technology in the capital markets space. You will work closely with senior product managers, operations teams & technology partners to support product initiatives and streamline operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1.Product Operations Support - Assist in daily product operations including Trade & Payment reconciliation, issue logging, Backoffice & Demat Operations and MIS preparation. - Help track, resolve operational and functional issues across the trade lifecycle (execution to settlement). 2.Process & Product Documentation - Help prepare & maintain SOPs, process maps & training guides for internal use. - Document product issues, change requests & enhancements for tracking and analysis. 3.Product Management Exposure - Support product managers in gathering business requirements, conducting UATs, and preparing product demos or release notes. - Participate in brainstorming sessions for new features, process improvements, or product innovation. 4.Cross-Team Collaboration - Interact with various stakeholders including front office, compliance, operations & tech teams. - Work on mini-projects or pilot initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency or product usability. Required Skills & Experience - Internship or project experience in Payment Gateway Implementation for capital markets, investment banking, or a fintech firm. - Exposure to any trading platform, investment app, or reconciliation tools is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL (basic) & JIRA or equivalent tools. - Strong analytical skills & attention to detail. - Effective communication & stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory. - Certifications in Capital Markets (like NISM modules) will be an added advantage.
