This is anacademic-focused role, requiring a strong background inWeb Development, teaching, and mentoring studentsin core Computer Science subjects. - This is a full time Academic role atAjeenkya DY Patil University, Pune. Key Responsibilities - Course Development Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Frontend Topics like Javascript, React.js, Typescript etc. - Lab Management: Conduct and manage lab sessions to provide students with hands-on coding experience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with faculty members, researchers, and industry partners to enhance the curriculum. - Academic Excellence Student Success: Mentor students, assist with project work, and ensure academic growth. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with university administrators and Newton School representatives to drive innovation. - Research Innovation: Encourage students to engage in cutting-edge research and industry collaborations. Qualifications Experience:Must-Have: - Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Software Developerwith a focus on Frontend Development. - Proficiency in JS,CSS,React.JS, Angular (must be comfortable picking up new languages quickly). - Solid understanding of Frontend Development concepts, includingexperience with User interface , performance optimization, and modern frameworks. - Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to students. - Adaptability to learn and teach core computer science topics. Good-to-Have: - Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level. - Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and academic tools. - Experience in software development and system design.
