Job Description Advertising Creative Strategy & Development Trainer (Agency Professional) Position:Advertising Creative Strategy & Development Trainer Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Mode: In-person (Guest Sessions / Short-Term Engagement) Experience Level:4+ years of experience in Advertising / Creative roles, preferably Creative Director / Associate Creative Director / Senior Creative Strategist We are inviting a seasoned Creative Strategist from the advertising & branding industry to train our 2nd Year MBA students in Creative Strategy & Campaign Development. This is not a theory-based lecture role; the trainer will conduct hands-on, practical workshops that replicate real agency workflows. The aim is to help students understand how creative ideas are developed, refined, pitched, and executed for brands across sectors. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked in Digital Marketing Agencies in the capacity of Creative Director / Associate Creative Director. What You Will Cover The training will focus on live learning, assignments, briefs & case walkthroughs, covering: - Brand Creative Strategy & Campaign Thinking - Understanding Brand Positioning, Tonality & Communication Style - Consumer Insight Mining + Turning Insight Into Big Idea - Ad Copy, Messaging Frameworks, and Storytelling Techniques - Planning & Executing 360 Brand Campaigns (Digital + Offline + Integrated) - Content Strategy for Social Media + Performance Campaigns - Creative Briefing, Ideation, Creative Review & Refinement - Deliverables: Social Posts, Ad Creatives, Campaign Decks, Pitch Presentation Structure - Case Studies of Iconic Brand Campaigns (Indian + Global) Who Should Reach Out - Has 4+ years of experience in Advertising / Creative / Brand Strategy roles - Is worked in Digital / Creative Agencies (mandatory) - Preferably Creative Director / Associate Creative Director / Senior Creative Strategist - Has experience leading creative ideation, client pitching, and campaign development - Enjoys mentoring young talent, reviewing creative work, and giving constructive feedback - Believes in practical learning, not textbook definitions Engagement Details - Format: In-person sessions at ASBS MBA, Vashi Campus - Style: Interactive, hands-on, tool-based - Honorarium: Based on experience & session duration Connect With Us Pranav Patil | [Confidential Information] | 9272548770
