Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head Fillers & Masterbatches to drive business development and customer acquisition across Gujarat and Western India. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of polymer compounds, filler grades, and their applications in woven sacks, lamination films, PP sheets, packaging, and related polymer industries. This role will be instrumental in expanding Terramag's presence in the fillers and masterbatch segment (all grades) by building strong relationships with converters, packaging manufacturers, and compounding units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, engage, and onboard customers using filler compounds and masterbatches (e.g., woven sack, lamination, PP sheet, film manufacturers). 2. Drive sales and growth for Terramag's filler and masterbatch range across Gujarat and neighboring regions. 3. Maintain strong technical understanding of product grades (transparent, shiner, lamination, woven sack, and PP sheet fillers). 4. Work closely with production and R&D teams to tailor grades as per customer requirements. 5. Conduct field visits, trials, and technical presentations at customer plants. 6. Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends to shape strategy. 7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, manage distributor and agent relationships. 8. Provide market feedback for new product development and expansion plans. 9. Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and OEMs. 10. Drive new customer acquisition while ensuring high retention of existing clients. Qualifications: 1. B.E. / B.Tech in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 2. MBA (Marketing / Operations) preferred. 3. 6-8 years of experience in fillers, masterbatches, or polymer compounding industry. 4. Proven track record in business development and P&L management. 5. Strong understanding of polymer applications, formulation, and processing technologies. What We Offer: 1.
