We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer having 8-10 years of experience in Duck Creek applications like Policy Billing to join our growing QA team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance Policy and billing systems hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Billing and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions through rigorous testing practices Key Responsibilities o Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations and enhancements o Collaborate with business analysts developers and product owners to understand billing requirements and ensure test coverage o Perform functional regression integration and end-to-end testing of Duck Creek Policy and Billing modules Validate billing transactions payment processing invoicing write-offs and other core billing functionalities o Identify document and track defects using Azure Devops o Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives o Support UAT and production validation activities
