Job Summary We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for various technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, a good understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines. Location: Noida–126 Employment Type: Full-Time Working Mode: On-site Experience Required: 2–6 Years Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, and closure). - Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, networking channels, and employee referrals. - Review technical resumes and evaluate candidates’ skill sets and experience. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates. - Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate records. - Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Stay updated with industry trends and market insights related to IT hiring. - Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. - Strong understanding of IT technologies such as ServiceNow, Data Engineering, Data Scientist, Salesforce, DevOps, QA, etc. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. - Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities. Additional Preferred Skills - Experience in technical screening. - Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). - Ability to handle both bulk hiring and niche IT requirements. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
