We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated professionals to join us in two key roles – Sales & Marketing Manager and Billing & Accounts Executive. The Sales & Marketing function focuses on developing business opportunities, client acquisition, and promoting our services across various sectors. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. The Billing & Accounts function ensures proper financial management, billing accuracy, and coordination between clients, project teams, and the accounts department. These positions play a crucial part in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth financial operations within our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Marketing Manager: 1. Develop and implement strategies and handle end-to-end client communication — from lead generation to project closure. 2. Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the operations team. 3. Lead marketing initiatives including campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing. 4. Conduct site visits and client meetings for ongoing and prospective projects. 5. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects. - Billing & Accounts Executive: 1. Prepare and verify client bills, work orders, and quotations. 2. Maintain and update project-wise billing and payment records. 3. Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for bill approvals and documentation. 4. Handle client follow-ups related to billing and payment status. 5. Assist in monthly reports, reconciliations, and other finance-related tasks. Qualifications - Sales & Marketing Manager: 1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Horticulture, or a related field. 2. 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools. 5. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. - Billing & Accounts Executive: 1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration. 2. 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounts, or administrative coordination roles. 3. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.G., Tally or similar). 4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
