Lead Product Manager

Who are we At Finastra we are a dynamic global provider of open finance software solutions dedicated to expanding access to financial services Our innovative applications span Lending Payments Treasury and Capital Markets and Universal Banking Proudly serving over 8 000 customers including 45 of the world s top 50 banks we aim to boost financial inclusion for all Join us and be part of a vibrant company that embraces diverse perspectives and is committed to doing well by doing good Reporting to the Principal Product Manager the Lead Product Manager will be responsible for managing life cycles of assigned product initiatives within our corporate lending solutions portfolio to meet client expectations and marketing financial and corporate growth objectives This includes business case development market research development of product marketing strategies advertising promotion and all strategies associated with new and existing products s You will collaborate closely with Business Analysis and Engineering team for the assigned products or initiatives within our Corporate and Syndicated Lending product portfolio Responsibilities Deliverables Your deliverables as a Lead Product Manager will include but are not limited to the following Identify product market opportunities through market research customer profiling needs analysis market sizing and competitive analysis for the assigned product initiatives Contribute to the definition and delivery of the product roadmap for the assigned product initiatives ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience identify and fill product gaps generate new ideas that grow market share and drive net new name growth Creates recommendations and feature definitions to address market opportunities for the assigned product initiatives Collaborates with product marketing to develop effective communication activities and programs including advertising events management product positioning and collateral development for assigned product initiatives Supports the sales organization with demonstrations and assistance throughout the sales process Works with regional sales managers and CRMs to articulate product positioning and pricing Serves as the key contact for the assigned product initiatives on customer issues questions and new product ideas from customers field sales or market research Collaborates with Product Managers Business Analysts and Engineering in support of the assigned product initiatives Provide support in resolving licensing queries and coming up with licensing definition for the assigned product initiatives Provide support in ensure pricing and pearl updates are aligned across modules bundles provide support in pricing for assigned product initiatives Provides inputs for product enhancements and general product development requirements Identifies continuous improvement opportunities for Product Management processes Facilitates resolution of escalated customer problems and coordinates with other departments as needed Contributes to the creation and review of internal and external documentation describing product features and enhancements Administers company policies and procedures affecting assigned products Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience 10 years of relevant experience within the financial sector preferably syndicated lending 5 years of Product Management experience in enterprise-grade financial products preferred Deep understanding of Loan IQ system preferred Experience working with project management software and knowledge of project management principles Master s degree in Business Administration or equivalent industry experience Preferred understanding of SaaS Cloud capabilities and their application within enterprise financial software We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide These benefits are available to everyone regardless of grade and reflect the values we uphold Flexibility Enjoy unlimited vacation based on your location and business priorities Hybrid working arrangements and inclusive policies such as paid time off for voting bereavement and sick leave Well-being Access Confidential one-on-one therapy through our Employee Assistance Program find support from our network of Wellbeing Champions and Gather Groups and a calendar of monthly events and initiatives designed to help you thrive -
