Role Description

- Student Counselling: Counsel students who approach our platform based on our in-house career assessment test.
- Career Guidance: Guide students with various Career & Study options in India & Abroad.
- Query Support: Guide students on other queries viz. Hobbies, Internships, Study Finance etc.
- Service Provider Selection: Guide students to select right service providers based on requirements.
- Teacher Training: Train the teachers of partner education institutions on our in-house career assessment test.
- Institution Sourcing: Source and onboard education institutions.

Qualifications

- Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Career Development skills
- Experience in Career Management and providing career guidance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of educational and career pathways preferred
