contributing directly to design when needed particularly on high-impact complex or time-sensitive challenges Cross-Functional Influence Collaborate with Product Managers Engineers and Researchers to co-create solutions aligning user needs technical possibilities and business goals User Empathy Behaviour Insights Observe user behaviour at scale identify patterns and translate them into actionable insights that guide both product direction and design craft Continuous Learning Innovation Stay curious experimenting with new tools technologies and design methodologies including AI-driven or predictive UX to push the boundaries of what s possible Product Thinking Ensure design solutions are not only elegant and intuitive but also strategically aligned with long-term product and business objectives Systems Consistency Build and maintain design systems that balance scalability brand identity and usability across platforms Communication Storytelling Clearly articulate design rationale craft compelling narratives and drive alignment across stakeholders at all levels What We re Looking For Qualification 8 years of proven experience in UX and product design with at least 3 years in a design leadership role Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design with emphasis on systems thinking usability and consumer engagement at scale Demonstrated ability to lead design in a fast-paced consumer-first environment navigating ambiguity and delivering both strategic and tactical outcomes Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners especially product and engineering to deliver holistic user experiences Track record of leveraging user research and behavioral insights to inform design decisions Ability to craft and evolve design systems and frameworks that support long-term scalability Strong communication storytelling and stakeholder management skills A mindset of continuous learning keeping you curious adaptive and eager to bring new practices that improve both the product and the team Education Background Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design HCI Human-Computer Interaction Interaction Design or a related field Equivalent practical experience will also be considered especially with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact at scale The InMobi Culture At InMobi culture isn t a buzzword it s an ethos woven by every InMobian reflecting our diverse backgrounds and experiences We thrive on challenges and seize every opportunity for growth Our core values -
