Job Description:

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
- Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing ITOM solutions.
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party monitoring and cloud tools.
- Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflow automation, and CMDB best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing ITOM processes for performance and accuracy.
- Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
