Job Description

We are seeking an Architect who shares this vision and is eager to translate design thinking into built reality with precision and imagination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the studio team to develop concepts that are both bold and timeless.
- Lead coordination with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless translation of design intent on-site.
- Oversee execution of project deliverables, maintaining uncompromising attention to detail and design quality.
- Prepare comprehensive working drawings, construction documents, and material specifications.
- Contribute to architecture-for-impact initiatives, bringing design sensitivity to projects that aim for broader social and cultural influence.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. International exposure through education or professional experience (US/UK) will be seen as a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 executed projects with demonstrated on-site experience.
- Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong design sensibility paired with the ability to manage execution and detail.
- A natural curiosity and drive to embrace new technologies, methods, and tools with a mindset of constant upskilling.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for collaborating across teams and with external partners.
