We’re looking for an AdOps Specialist (Tracking Implementation) to take full ownership of analytics, pixels, and measurement systems across websites and apps. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set up, validate, and optimize tracking, attribution, and server-side tagging to ensure accurate data and ad performance.

🔧 Responsibilities:
Implement and manage tracking systems (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Clarity, etc.).
Configure & maintain Google Tag Manager (Web + Server-Side) at an expert level.
Set up server-side/API tracking (Conversions API, deduplication, event mapping).
Conduct QA & debugging using DevTools, scripts, and network request validation.
Troubleshoot attribution & tracking issues and deliver expert solutions.
Provide documentation & guidance to clients and internal teams.
✅ Requirements:
4+ years of experience in analytics/tracking implementation across multiple platforms.
Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Conversions API.
Strong skills in JavaScript, JSON, HTTP event structures.
Proven hands-on experience with multi-client tracking setups.
Ability to explain technical solutions to both dev & marketing teams.
(Bonus) Experience with CDPs, data warehouses, advanced testing frameworks.
