About the Role Grade Level for internal use 11 The Team The CIQ Pro Screening and Office teams support products that enable advanced functionality around data analytics and retrieval This includes products within the CIQ Pro web platform as well as related Office add-ins This team consists of experienced developers responsible for delivering foundational components that impact these major areas of the platform The Impact This team plays a crucial role in providing industry-leading analytics and data access technologies to our products By building intelligent stable and performant systems the platforms and Office add-ins for seamless data analytics and retrieval What We re Looking For Basic Required Qualifications 5-12 years of strong experience in application development using Microsoft technologies Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Design or a related field Proficient with software development lifecycle SDLC methodologies including Agile and test-driven development Strong command of Microsoft technologies including programming languages and frameworks web services and database management Knowledge of object-oriented design cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI design Good understanding of design principles and excellent communication skills Experience in integrating AI and machine learning-driven features into user-facing applications Preferred Qualifications Application developer with skills in Microsoft technologies and JavaScript who will contribute to the application development of the product Ability to understand product vision and analyze requirements design and implement enterprise-level applications Experience working in an Agile methodology and Scrum environment What Would Give You an Edge Experience with modern frameworks and containerization technologies Understanding of cloud deployments and configuration management Strong experience with programming and development frameworks Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration tools History of applying processes that ensure high-quality software including test-driven development and continuous integration deployment practices Experience developing and deploying software as APIs or frameworks Knowledge of data access and service-related technologies Added advantage for experience in cloud-based database solutions Experience deploying
