Job Description: SAP S/4HANA FICO (RTR) Consultant Duration: 12 Months Contract Work Mode: Remote Timezone: Malaysia Timezone (GMT+8) Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO (Record-to-Report) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Finance & Controlling modules, excellent integration experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, functional configuration capability, and proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations under both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality SAP S/4HANA FICO (RTR) solutions across Public Cloud and Private Cloud platforms. • Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and support for FI and/or CO modules. • Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide integration support with MM, SD, and PP modules. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and integration issues across Finance & Controlling processes. • Provide expertise in any of the relevant integration areas such as SAP PS, VIM, FSCM, RAR, TRM, Concur, or S/4HANA Upgrade. • Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments. • Ensure compliance with project standards, timelines, and quality deliverables. Required Skills & Experience • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO (RTR). • Strong expertise in SAP Public Cloud and SAP Private Cloud solution delivery. • Solid functional knowledge and configuration experience in any of the following FI and/or CO components: Finance (FI): • General Ledger (GL) including New GL • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Asset Accounting (AA) • Cash Management & Bank Integration Controlling (CO): • Cost Element Accounting • Cost Center Accounting (CCA) • Profit Center Accounting (PCA) • Internal Orders (IO) • Profitability Analysis (COPA) • Product Costing (COPC) • Material Ledger Integration Experience (any of the below): • Project System (SAP PS) • Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) • Financial Supply Chain Management (SAP FSCM) • Revenue Accounting & Reporting (SAP RAR) • Treasury & Risk Management (SAP TRM) If interested, kindly send us your profile Regards, AITEK Team
