If you love conversations, travel planning, and making sure people have unforgettable experiences — this role is perfect for you Adventure Buddha is looking for a friendly, confident, and proactive Tele-Callers to join our young & enthusiastic team. This is a full-time (hybrid) role based in Bangalore. 🎯 What You’ll Do - Engage with incoming leads on WhatsApp & phone in a warm, helpful, and informative way - Explain trip itineraries, inclusions, and experiences clearly - Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings - Handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently - Maintain organized lead records and booking updates in internal tools - Coordinate with operations & marketing regarding trip availability and updates - Share ideas to improve customer experience and conversion rate 🧠 What We’re Looking For - Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada (required) - Enjoys talking to people & helping them make decisions - Confident on phone calls and chat handling - Proactive, positive, and target-driven mindset - Prior experience in Sales / Tele-calling / Customer Support is a plus - Must be based in Bangalore (Hybrid role — a few days a week in office) 📍 Location & Salary Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month - Performance-based incentives on lead conversions 🎉 📋 Ready to Apply? 👉 Fill out the application form here: https://forms.gle/YV1M4KmyZ84czRsR7 Know someone who’d be a great fit?
