of Product Engineer Job Title Lithium Ion Battery Inverter Product Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and innovative Battery Inverter Product Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design development testing and optimization of battery systems Lithium-ion and inverter solutions This role involves collaborating with R D production and quality teams to deliver efficient reliable and cost-effective energy storage and backup power products Key Responsibilities Product Design Development o Design and develop battery packs BMS Battery Management Systems and inverter systems o Work on electrical schematics circuit design and mechanical integration o Ensure compliance with safety performance and efficiency standards Testing Validation o Conduct performance safety and reliability testing for battery and inverter products o Analyse test data and recommend improvements o Troubleshoot product issues and ensure resolution Production Quality Support o Support manufacturing teams with technical inputs o Develop testing protocols and quality control standards o Coordinate with suppliers for component selection and validation Research Innovation o Stay updated on latest trends in battery technology inverters and renewable energy systems o Suggest improvements to enhance product efficiency cost and durability Documentation Compliance o Prepare product specifications manuals and technical documentation o Ensure compliance with ISO IEC BIS and other relevant standards Qualifications Skills Education B E B Tech in Electrical Electronics Power Electronics Experience 2-5 years in battery technology power electronics or inverter systems Technical Skills o Strong knowledge of lithium-ion batteries BMS and charging systems o Understanding of power electronics PCB design and inverter topologies o Familiarity with simulation tools MATLAB PSpice etc and CAD software Soft Skills Problem-solving teamwork analytical thinking and good communication Preferred Experience with solar inverters EV batteries or renewable energy systems Knowledge of safety certifications and regulatory compliance Hands-on experience in prototype development and testing Reporting Authority Reporting to Head R D Salary - As per industry standards Work Location - Salem Expected Date of Joining - Immediate
