You'll collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize campaigns that align with business goals. You'll proofread, edit, and ensure content accuracy, tone, and consistency across all communication channels. You'll optimize content for SEO and social media engagement to increase reach and visibility. The Exciting Growth Part (20% Strategic Projects) You'll contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and campaign themes. You'll help develop content strategies that enhance digital presence and audience engagement. You'll explore emerging content formats such as reels, videos, and interactive posts to boost reach. You'll support thought leadership initiatives, internal communication, and brand identity projects. The Reality Check (10% Admin Stuff) Coordinating content schedules and design approvals with stakeholders. Maintaining an organized repository of content and design assets. Supporting marketing documentation and content version control. Success Milestones Month 1: Understand PNRC's tone, branding, and design guidelines; start creating posts independently. Month 3: Deliver a consistent calendar of high-quality content with measurable engagement growth. Month 6: Develop and execute integrated campaigns combining visuals and copy that boost engagement by 25%. Year 1: Establish PNRC's brand identity as visually strong, creative, and authentic across all platforms. What We Need From You Must-Haves Minimum 6 months of experience in content writing and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools). Strong command over written English and ability to adapt tone as per brand and audience. Understanding of social media trends, digital content formats, and SEO basics.
