Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Clearing and Settlements- Agile Business Analyst
In this role, we are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager - Settlements SME to join our team in the clearing and settlement domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial services operations. In this role you will be responsible to provide a single point end to end accountability for the project oversight, reporting to project management team, establish working relationship with technology partners etc.
Responsibilities
.Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.
.Understanding the Domain: Cross team collaboration
.Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including customers, developers, product managers, and product owners.
.Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to ensure high performance without compromising on quality.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
.Experience: Relevant years of experience in business analysis within financial services. Prior experience with clearing and settlement processes.
.Agile Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar certification is required.
.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.
.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
