Job Description We're looking for an SEO and Content Specialist to own organic growth and content for SquareOps and Atmosly (technical services + product). You'll be responsible not only for SEO strategy and execution, but also for planning, creating, and optimizing content using AI tools(like ChatGPT, etc. ), especially for technical and B2B audiences (cloud, DevOps, SaaS, engineering). The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following SEO Strategy and Planning: - Build and execute SEO strategies for SquareOps and Atmosly aligned with pipeline and revenue goals. - Perform keyword research, clustering, and mapping for blogs, landing pages, docs, solution pages, and product pages. - Maintain a prioritized SEO roadmap and content backlog. AI-Driven Content Creation And Management - Own the content strategy for SEO: topics, formats, and funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU). - Use AI tools to create first drafts of blogs, landing pages, email copy, and micro-copy (titles, meta, CTAs, etc. ). - Refine and edit AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, depth, brand voice, and technical correctness. - Build and maintain a content calendar, coordinating with designers, product, and sales. - Develop and maintain prompt templates and workflows to consistently get high-quality output from AI. On-Page SEO - Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, URL structure, and schema for all key pages. - Ensure every new content asset is fully SEO-ready at publication. - Continuously improve existing pages based on rankings, CTR, and engagement data. Technical SEO - Run regular technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, redirects). - Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and improvements. - Maintain clean site architecture and proper use of canonical tags, schema markup, etc. Off-Page And Authority Building - Plan and execute ethical link-building activities (guest posts, partnerships, thought leadership, PR). - Monitor and improve backlink profile, managing toxic links where relevant. Analytics, Reporting, And Optimization - Set up tracking and dashboards using GA4 Google Search Console, and SEO tools - Report on performance (traffic, rankings, MQLs/SQLs, conversions) and recommend next actions. - Run experiments (titles/meta tests, content refreshes, internal linking tests) and iterate based on insights. Requirements - 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B / SaaS / technical products/services strongly preferred). - Proven experience owning both SEO and content, from strategy to execution. - Hands-on experience with AI writing tools(ChatGPT or similar) as part of your content workflow. - Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. - Comfort with technical topics (cloud, DevOps, engineering, infrastructure, APIs, etc. ). - Proficiency with tools like GA4 GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how modern websites are structured. - Excellent written English, strong editing skills, and attention to detail. Nice To Have - Experience writing for developer/engineering audiences. - Familiarity with WordPress / Webflow / headless CMS. - Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization. - Experience documenting or optimizing product documentation/knowledge bases.
