Job Description We are seeking a creative and innovative Jr. Visualiser / Visualiser to join our Advertising Agency. This role is perfect for someone passionate about developing fresh visual ideas that align with client briefs and current market trends. You'll work closely with the creative team, bringing your unique design sense to create impactful campaigns across various media, all while meeting tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the creative team to generate new and bright ideas that perfectly suit the given brief. This includes the ability to individually visualize and produce compelling creative concepts. - Creative Solutions & Collaboration: Offer innovative creative solutions to clients, coordinating seamlessly with the Copy team to ensure integrated and effective campaign strategies. - Design & Visual Production: Apply strong design sense, art sense, and visualization skills to develop creative ideas and concepts. This includes producing visuals for various advertising formats such as print ads, e-mailers, and outdoor campaigns. - Deadline Adherence: Consistently meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative work. Required Skills: - A good understanding of current advertising trends and brands in India, along with a related sense of the advertising industry. - Ability to offer creative solutions, coordinating effectively with the Copy team for clients. - Strong design sense, art sense, and visualization skills. - Proficiency in meeting tight deadlines. - Skills in developing creative ideas and concepts for print ads, e-mailers, outdoor campaigns, etc. - Good interpersonal communication skills
