JDE Implementation function - the person will be handling on day-to-day basis 1 o Provide Finance Functional consulting and support exposure on JDE Applications 9 1 9 2 versions during various phases of the project Requirement Gathering Unit testing conducting UAT Preparations for Go-Live and Post Go-Live support and its customized versions for CEVA 2 o Possess good finance domain knowledge in the areas of GL F A accounting issues Account Analysis Reconciliations Month End Period Closure Activities AP AR BCM 3 o Capable to work independently and takes initiatives with minimal supervision 4 o Finance Accounting Subject Matter Expert - mentors and guides the other Team members 5 o Demonstrate strong analytical skill problem solving and debugging skills 6 o Adapt to new projects quickly with jump-right-in attitude 7 o Responsible for meeting the Functional objectives of the team 8 o Support and contribute to Knowledge Management KBs Cross trainings within the team 9 o Suggests process improvements standardizations and optimizations to business process 10 o Adheres to the Quality process and Security policies defined for the team 11 o Must have excellent communication skills written and oral both downstream and upstream with good client facing skills 12 o Flexible to accommodate project needs in order to provide global coverage in respective time zone 13 o Must be willing to travel Qualification and Job Specification Mention the essential E and desirable D Skill sets qualities competencies needed for the position to manage the challenges involved in the job 1 Minimum Under graduation qualification BBA BCS etc with major as Finance CA ICWA MBA or equivalent degree from reputable institution 2 Should have minimum 7 years of experience as JDE Finance Consultant on Modules like Account Payables PtP Account Receivables OtC General Ledger RtR Fixed Assets Bank Cash Management 3 Good Communication and inter-personal skills 4 Good Knowledge in IT Quality process
