The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records preparing financial statements ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing financial insights to support organizational decision-making This role requires strong attention to detail analytical skills and proficiency in accounting principles and software Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Assist in budget preparation and forecast reports Bookkeeping Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Record financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry Accounts Management Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Process invoices receipts and payments efficiently Auditing and Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and accounting standards Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries Taxation Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations Stay updated on changes in tax laws and incorporate them into financial planning Financial Analysis Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance Identify opportunities for cost-saving and operational efficiency Software Proficiency Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks SAP or other ERP systems Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with organizational standards Collaboration Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting Provide support during strategic planning processes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
