Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager for a Construction & Architect company to oversee and manage civil projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial scheduling and planning to on-site execution and reporting. This role requires a professional who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Construction Schedule Planning: Create and manage comprehensive project schedules.
- Execution & Monitoring: Monitor the execution of projects and report the progress level to management.
- Scheduling & Planning: Develop effective schedules and plans to ensure the timely completion of all project activities.
- Resource Management: Manage, plan, and ensure the effective utilization of all resources.
- Site Visits & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure strict quality control.
