Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for an Art Director. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead the visual direction and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with exceptional design skills, capable of overseeing projects from ideation to final delivery across multiple platforms, including print, digital, video, and social. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign goals. Lead and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives. Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to create cohesive and compelling campaigns. Ensure visual consistency and high-quality design standards across all touchpoints. Oversee the production of creative assets, including style guides, storyboards, layouts, and final artwork. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope. Present ideas and design rationale to stakeholders and clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. 7+ years of experience in art direction or senior design roles. Proven portfolio showcasing a strong eye for visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Experience with motion design, photography direction, or UI/UX is a plus.
