you will be accountable for building and implementing the strategy catered for the new Ice Cream company You will also be representing the portfolio both to internal and external stakeholders KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Guide the development and lead the implementation of the portfolio procurement strategy Develop strong relationship with suppliers and analyze their capabilities to develop long term supplier strategies Lead frequent negotiations delivering of savings and cash targets via excellent market understanding strategy implementations and negotiation skills Create a savings pipeline for the portfolio and aling on execution with relevant teams Implement contracts and ensuring high service levels to sourcing units in India Ensure compliance of RSP Contracting Quality and service in collaboration with cross-functional teams Initiate portfolio initiatives e g ASA AMA Resilience market development etc to create more leverage ensuring strong connection with the market and METs Guide innovation projects through strong collaboration with R D team providing market intelligence supplier capabilities and capacity Work closely with the finance community to Guide the business with accurate price forecasting including market price trends and future market trends to enable proper budgeting and price forecasting Continuously seeking for new opportunities and always open for improvement Work closely with the global team to make sure insights from local players are taken into account when executing the cover strategy WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED SKILLS LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS
