Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required. Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office. Assist in receiving and dispatching couriers, parcels, and other deliveries. Support in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, water, stationery, etc.). Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory. Coordinate with the admin team for repair, maintenance, and service requests. Assist HR/Admin during office events, meetings, and celebrations. Run office-related errands such as banking, post office, or vendor visits when needed. Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain a clean and hygienic workspace. Any other duties assigned by the Admin or HR team. Skills & Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass. Basic communication skills (Hindi / English). Polite, punctual, and disciplined behavior. Should be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality. Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
