Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Specialist to drive the presales process, design tailored solutions for client needs, and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to position our products and services effectively in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities: Presales Engagement - Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose strategic solutions. - Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. - Develop and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with structured, persuasive documentation. Solution Design and Proposals - Craft customized solutions aligning with client business goals and technical environments. - Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that balance feasibility and profitability. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to meet client expectations. - Act as the primary technical liaison for clients throughout the sales cycle. Market and Product Knowledge - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. - Build deep expertise in the organization's products, services, and value propositions. Team Leadership and Enablement - Mentor and guide junior team members in technical and client-facing activities. - Lead training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across sales and technical teams. Sales Support - Assist in deal qualification and pipeline prioritization. - Support post-sale activities to ensure seamless transitions to implementation teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: - 10-12 years in presales, solution consulting, or a related technical role. - Proven success in supporting large-scale deals and managing client relationships. - Technical Skills: - Expertise in technologies like cloud, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation. - Ability to design and document technical architectures and workflows. - Soft Skills: - Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities. - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple opportunities under pressure. Preferred Skills: - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, Commercetools). - Experience in industries like banking, retail, or healthcare for tailored solutions. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
