About the Role Buildus Builders is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee our ongoing and upcoming construction projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning execution budgeting and timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards Location Tirur Kerala Company Buildus Builders Salary 50 000 - 60 000 per month Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans schedules and cost tracking systems Coordinate with design procurement and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow Monitor project progress and manage day-to-day site activities Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines Conduct site inspections maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance Manage subcontractors engineers and site workers effectively Provide regular progress reports to management and clients Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience in construction management minimum 5 years preferred Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency in project planning cost monitoring and resource management Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
